Captured By Vision Insight 071 By George Bullard

Vision and its fulfillment should positively impact every decision a congregation makes, or vision becomes marginalized.

When it comes to congregational wide decisions, it is a winning combination if both leaders and non-leaders are asking how their decisions will help fulfill the vision. While using this measuring approach for the rightness and goodness of a vision can be taken too far, few congregations are in danger of doing so. More congregations need to be taking the risk of asking about decisions and actions, and how they relate to vision fulfillment.

It is certainly a lot better than people asking how decisions and actions will result in no change and no impact on them. Or, asking how decisions and actions bring back yesterday.
