Insight 153: FaithSoaring Churches Seek Feedback
Congregations more than 30 years old with a lot of leaders and managers who have related to the congregation for more than 20 years, tend to want to have a lot of input into the processes of transition and change that may lead to transformation. There are some exceptions, but not as many of some pastors and staff persons think.
These leaders and managers want to provide input into what is happening, and to be asked for feedback that evaluates the effectiveness of actions being taken. Wise pastors and staff members seek feedback and respond positively to it.
