Insight 171: FaithSoaring Churches Hear the Voices Who Do Not Share the Vision

“It is not easy to move forward when everyone is not on board, but it is critical not to marginalize those who don’t share the vision.” {Queen and David, Hopeful Imagination, 2014, p. 62] While focusing on the “yes” votes is important, it is equally important not to marginalize those who do not get the vision yet. God is often working within them to bring forth vision.

Their hesitancy often causes leadership to think more deeply about the actions they are about to take. Through this, leadership can end up with better solutions to the opportunities and challenges they face.
