Insight 354: FaithSoaring Churches Align with Core Values

Congregations seeking to transform align the ministry of their congregation with their core values. They do not change or negotiate their core values. They are long-lasting. Yet they do evaluate their core values to be sure they are spiritual core values and not cultural core values.

They measure the rightness of what they do against these core values. They do not shift radically what they do in response to pressure unless it meets their core values. When doctrinal issues arise their core values serve to guide them. When people want to change the church their core values guide that change.
