Our One Priority Briefing for Ministers from George Bullard
Our One Priority: Starting and Strengthening Churches to Serve as Vital and Vibrant Missional Communities.
Pastor and Staff Roundtable Luncheons — January and February
I (George Bullard) am hosting a series of luncheons throughout our associational fellowship area during January and February to dialogue with pastors and staff persons on their most critical issues in their church and community for 2020 and how CMBA can come alongside them to address these issues, or broker services for them from other sources. These are primarily listening sessions. However, I will also be sharing the specific resources CMBA is now offering and planning to start offering in 2020.
Eight Pastor and Staff Roundtable Luncheons will be scheduled for January and February. More will be scheduled later. For each luncheon we will accept the first five pastors and staff persons who sign up. CMBA will pay for your lunch. Each roundtable starts at 11:45 a.m. so we can beat the lunch crowd, and will end by 1:15 p.m.
To register go to www.LunchwithGeorge.org. You do not have to attend the luncheon near you. Attend the one that best fits you schedule. The first five roundtable luncheons have been scheduled.

Subject: Sisters Who Care. This is an innovative approach to women’s ministry in churches. It focuses on an action then reflection approach to ministry. It is an approach which can revitalize women’s ministry and WMU efforts in churches. It is also an excellent way to restart or initiate for the first time (in a long time) a women’s ministry in your church with a missional focus. It can also enhance the women’s ministry in your church that may already be going well but is ready to move to the next level.
Who Should Come: Pastors, staff persons, women’s ministry or WMU leaders. Registration for Lunch and Speaker: https://VisionDay.org. Or send an e-mail to CMBA@ColumbiaMetro.org with the name, e-mail address, telephone number, and church of each person you need to register.
