Church Planting Ministry Assistant
We are looking for someone with experience in: administrative skills with attention to details, the ability to work independently and with others, using Microsoft products (Word and Excel a must), event planning, social media, finances, and graphic arts (a plus). Bilingual in Spanish is a definite plus.
A college degree is preferred although equivalent work experience will be considered. We offer excellent benefits including vacation/holiday pay, retirement, health insurance plan and company paid life insurance.
Communications Content Manager
We are looking for a qualified content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our ministry goals of advancing the Gospel. Copy writing skills for various media formats are required. Your duties will include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. Five years communications experience preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to, processing payroll, processing tax deposits, processing staff expense reimbursement reports, processing accounts payable, posting church receipts, preparing month-end closings and reports, and reconciling bank accounts. This position will cross train with other accounting staff. An Associate’s degree in Accounting is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Duties include keeping accurate minutes of meetings, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate directories of Convention committees and boards. Must have excellent organizational, phone, communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Experience is preferred.
